Boiler repairs on 'no fix - no fee basis'

Central heating repairs and gas work £50/hr

General plumbing works £45/hr

Landlord safety certificates from £50 for up to two appliances.

Hourly rates valid for 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.

Minimum charge 1hr, subsequent time billed per 1/2 hour.

New boilers supplied and fitted from £1100.

Drainage work, min charge £75.
